The Mysterious Giant of Barletta

1. KNOWLEDGE When all the townspeople get ready to run from Barletta, what does Zia concetta do? Why?

2. GENERATING Why do you think the Mysterious Giant decides to help Zia Concetta and the town?

3. GENERATING Why does Zia Concetta ask the townspeople to stay out of sight? What might have happened if they hadn't followed her orders?

    3. Zia wants to convince the soldiers that everyone in Barletta is huge and should be feared. If the townspeople had disobeyed, the soldiers might realize they they are being tricked and so invade the town.

    6. The Big Cheese might have used something the soldiers hated - like an army of mice or Dogzilla's puppies - to scare them away.

    3. Zia Concetta wants to convince the giant to go and trik the soldiers to think that the giant
    was small and the others wher a lot biger.
    If the townes people dhad disobeyed ,the soldiers might realize they were being tricked.

    5. If the giant tried to fight and someone or him ,but he trikted them so no won would get hurt

    1.When all the townspople get ready to run from barletta what does zia concetta do she calls the townspople and tells them to stay out of sight why to stay safe. 2.Why do you think the mysterious giant decides to help zia concetta and the townspople keep the town from being distroyed.

    3) Zia said"stay out of sight" because the trick the giant has to do with bigger people.If they saw the other towns people they would go head and atthack.

    5) The giant in the story the mysterious giant of barlleta did not fight because he had a plan. so he can not fight

    5.Becaues if he trick them they do not wont
    to come back but what if he fighs them and one
    gets uaway that person would tell the arey will come and fights the giant.Then the big armey would win and they would not have people liveing there any more.But the viljers will have to move to a new city.
